Step 6 – Give presentation
a) Have administrators identify their goals for participating in this presentation (i.e. – specify what they want to get out of it such as understanding the work permit process better, etc.). Encourage formulate ideas of how to achieve their goal. => model process for administrators.
b) set out key ideas and information (i.e.- goals of the presentation) that will be discussed and what is expected of administrators
c) Model behavior expected of new administrators in their role by demonstrating the registration process and what they are expected to submit/do.
d) give administrators feedback on common misconceptions and issues that commonly occurs post-presentation and how to correct them.
e) Allow time for learners to self-reflect on goal(s).
f) Allow open discussion about questions or concerns, give examples to promote group discussion (i.e.- was their goal of the presentation achieved?).

Step/Goal 3 - This step took longer than expected as I was unexpectedly sick since February 4, 2020 until February 13, 2020. Throughout my illness I had worked slowly on the presentation that I have to give, but was not able to finalize it until today, which is why I did not make my initial deadline of February 14, 2020.
In addition to the presentation I have created an outline as to what general discussion points are to be met and identify how to goal set. I also identified when to model certain procedures for the administrators have to complete and be able to demonstrate my thought process for them. I will discuss with my co-workers if they support the examples I will model during the presentation.Benefits of this is that it will help reduce anxiety over giving this presentation as I will have a game plan.
